Perfect Therapy Inverness specialises in providing mobile and office massage services, including Desk Massage, Indian Head Massage, and Seated Acupressure Chair Massage. Our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring a high-quality, bespoke massage experience. We provide a range of massage durations and styles, adapted to the workplace environment, to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

• modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this website;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on this website;

We regretfully do not accept single male clients as new customers. This policy is implemented solely for safety reasons and is in no way a reflection of the intentions of potential clients. We emphasise that our services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Requests that misconstrue the nature of our services or seek beyond the professional scope of massage therapy are deeply distressing to our therapists and are strictly prohibited.

Registration, Bookings, and Payments

To access the services provided by Perfect Therapy Inverness, clients are required to create an account through our website. All information provided during this registration process must be accurate and updated as necessary. Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account lies solely with the customer, including all activities that occur under their account. In instances of unauthorised access to your account, immediate notification to Perfect Therapy Inverness is essential. However, please be aware that Perfect Therapy Inverness cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from the client’s failure to protect account information.

For booking our massage services, clients have the option of doing so either through the website or via direct contact. We offer a range of flexible booking options, accommodating various needs and preferences, including different session lengths and massage types. This flexibility extends to both mobile and office settings, ensuring our services meet your specific requirements. Detailed information regarding our rates, booking prerequisites, and any travel considerations for mobile massage services is provided transparently on our website and through direct client communications.

Regarding payments for services booked, clients will need to provide payment details relevant to the chosen payment method. This may include credit card information in certain cases. All payments made through our platform are processed via Stripe, meaning that Perfect Therapy Inverness does not handle or retain any of your financial information. Stripe processes all financial data according to their own Terms of Service, which clients must agree to comply with when using our services. Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and competitive, reflecting the bespoke quality of our services and the value they add to your well-being.

Cancellation Policy/No show policy

I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation requests. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing a 24 hour notice I am often unable to fill that appointment time. This is an inconvenience to your therapist and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. For this reason, you will be charged 50% of the massage service fee for the first missed session and 100% of the massage service fee for each session after that.

No call/no shows: If you are a no call/no show for your massage session, you will be charged for the full price of your massage session.

If you are booking your massage appointment within 24 hours of the actual appointment, there is no cancellation, and you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled massage service.

Either the card on file will be charged if needed or an invoice will be sent, and the balance will need to be paid in full before any future sessions can be booked. If a gift certificate was going to be used, it will be considered redeemed and voided either by half or in full.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

The website and materials provided by Perfect Therapy Inverness are offered on an ‘as is’ basis. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Perfect Therapy Inverness disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
