About the Founder
Perfect Therapy Inverness was established by Iwona Zimna, a qualified massage therapist and physiotherapy graduate originally from Poland. Having personally experienced the physical and mental challenges of office work during her years as a receptionist, administrator, and estate agent in Inverness, Iwona recognised the widespread impact of workplace stress, tension, and fatigue. Motivated by her passion for the stress-relieving benefits of massage, she founded Perfect Therapy Inverness to provide high-quality, accessible treatments that promote staff wellbeing and help local businesses cultivate healthier, happier workforces. Her commitment to professionalism, compassion, and community involvement shapes every aspect of the business.
