It is a gentle massage that uses a variety of pressure and techniques, including circular movements on the scalp, deep tissue work on shoulders, and stretching to the neck. The client experiences a feeling of overall relaxation, more alertness and focus. Indian head massage is also a form of Mindfulness – it takes the mind into itself and carries you away to a calm state.
