INVIGORATE & DE-STRESS
Seated Acupressure, also known as chair or on-site massage is the most popular and versatile treatment in the workplace and during events. The member of staff is comfortably seated in an ergonomic designed high quality massage chair. This position allows the therapist to work on all areas of the back including lower back, hips and arms. The massage is performed through clothing, the therapist will start by applying long sweeping strokes down the back. Followed by movements and massage techniques working on acupressure points with the palms, thumbs, fingers and elbows compressing and manipulating the muscles to release tension and aid relaxation. The treatment also incorporates stretching to improve flexibility and to encourage body movement.
