Where will the massage take place
- A vacant meeting room – on the onsite chair
- An area in an open plan office – on the onsite chair
- At the Desks – on an office chair
- In a large foyer – mostly for events – drop in treatments-on the on-site chair
How to get ready
Take off all jewellery
Your jewellery, necklace, watch, belt etc. can get in the way
Take a comb/brush/ hair tie if you have long hair
You may want to sort your hair post massage treatment
You can take your headphones
We will have some relaxing music ready for you
If you wish to have a towel, please bring this with you
We will provide tissues
Have a bottle/glass of water
It is good practice to drink water post massage treatment
Set your devices to Silent Mode
Make sure your phone is on silent and computer screen is switched off, so you can fully relax and enjoy the treatment.
Fill the consent form provided by the therapist
I will provide them on the day of treatment
An email will be sent to you to forward to your team
prior to the massage treatment day with simple instructions.
Please note that the massage is performed fully clothed.
How the office massage service works

We travel to your office with a specialist massage chair, some relaxing lights, music and everything else that’s needed.
We come into your workplace, to make your team feel invigorated, calmed and refocused.
