Who is the chair massage suitable for
Workers of all ages and mobilities:
- Sitting at a desk all day – this can lead to limited movement and insufficient exercise, resulting in muscle tension, stiffness in your back, neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. A massage provides much-needed relief.
- For those on their feet all day, like retail workers, teachers, etc dealing with tiredness and aching muscles is common. The opportunity to relive the strain, take a break, and simply unwind proves to be incredibly beneficial.

What is included
Each member of staff will receive:
- A choice of desk massage, Indian head massage or seated acupressure chair massage ranging from 10 to 30 minutes
- Consultation to tailor the treatment to individual needs
- Choice of relaxing music
- Relaxing lights (not suitable for desk massage)
- Essential oil diffuser to create spa like atmosphere (optional)
