- A calm, one-to-one session designed for baby and mum or dad (dad's often prefer a more private, relaxed space to build confidence and feel hands-on with their baby).
- For those moments when your baby won’t settle, cries more than you expected, or just seems… overwhelmed – and you’re not quite sure how to help.
The Gentle Reset (Child)
60 minutes | £80
Read more - For children aged 7-12 who feel overwhelmed, sensitive, or unable to switch off.
- After busy days, screen time, or too much stimulation, this session gently helps your child slow down, regulate, and feel more at ease in their body.
Location
Perfect Therapy Inverness studio is based in the Milton of Culcabock area of Inverness. Treatments take place at my home studio. There is free on-street parking and a communal parking. Full details of location will be emailed with booking confirmation.
